Hakodate’s Kantaro serves arguably the best quality kaiten-sushi (rotating sushi) in all of Hokkaido. Although a little pricey, some think Kantaro sushi quality comes close to that of the expensive non-kaiten-sushi restaurants. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the Hakodate area.
